These Terms of Service govern the use of the DreamyKids.ai platform. By using our services, you agree to these terms in their entirety.

1. Purpose

DreamyKids.ai offers a service for creating personalized songs generated by artificial intelligence. The service allows users to order unique musical compositions based on their specifications.

2. Orders and Payment

Orders are placed through our online platform. Payment is secured via Stripe. Once the order is validated and payment completed, you will receive a confirmation email. Prices are shown in euros including VAT.

3. Delivery and Ownership

Songs are delivered in MP3 format via email within 24 to 48 hours. Once delivered, you hold the personal use rights to the song. Commercial use requires a specific license.

4. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with European legislation, you have 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal. However, this right cannot be exercised after the creation of your personalized song begins, as it constitutes personalized digital content.

5. Liability

DreamyKids.ai is committed to providing quality services. We cannot be held responsible for content provided by users. We reserve the right to refuse any order containing inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content.

6. Intellectual Property

All elements of the DreamyKids.ai platform (logo, graphics, texts, etc.) are protected by copyright. Generated songs are granted to you for personal use only, unless an explicit commercial license is obtained.

7. Modifications to Terms

DreamyKids.ai reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of any substantial changes by email.

8. Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, French courts will have exclusive jurisdiction.
